ffmbc reports time #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Just using ffmbc -i to report initial timecode value. See:
http://pastebin.com/cgXyNRct

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This may be a feature request...
QuickTime/FCP report the timecode associated with the first frame (see
attachment) as 01:00:18:01. ffmbc reports 00:58:30:00. To get the initial
timecode value with ffmbc I need to do timecode - start (in this case
-108.142142).
Having the current 'timecode' value is useful but more often I need (timecode -
start) to know the timecode associated with the first frame.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FFmbc version 0.6-rc8

Please provide any additional information below:

- Full commandline run (with -v 3) and everything the program printed
without
the repeating parts.
- Upload your sample somewhere and supply url

See above for output. Sample QuickTime with timecode track and non-zero start
attached.
