Addition: simple 404 page #13

Simple 404 page for the Deckollab application, 404 page is unstyled.

First of all, thanks so much for the PR, no idea how you found this project. Second, it looks like your editor replaced tabs with 2 spaces in index.js, if you could switch that back to tabs I'll be merging this right in. I'm working on a prettifier with style guide right now, but I didn't think anyone would be committing quite so soon.

Sorry about that 😅, I was just browsing through issues in JS and I just stumbled on this. I'm not well versed in styling with pug though so sorry about that

No problem at all, I'm actually thinking I'm probably going to switch over to React at some point anyway.
