[WIP] Move Pages to React #19

Functionality ported to react:

[x] Home Page
[x] Deck Page Main Layout
[x] Card Selector
[x] Deck View

This addresses #16

For me looking into the future, I'm going to merge this in now that the general template is done, so I can have more feature specific branches, and make it easier for other people to develop using React as well.
