The first user who created a deck, and any user who has entered an admin password, should be able to enter a name in the top center of the green bar. The name should display as plain text while not being edited, and be editable when clicked on. I'd prefer a no borders transparent background input box up there, with some placeholder text like "name deck" if the user has deck naming permissions, or blank if they don't and the deck doesn't have a name yet.
