feat: extend init params file creating param for user flow #197

Extend the init command with the following param's:

[x] --generateFlow alias -h type boolean to decide if we want to create the basic-navigation.uf.ts file
- [x] docs
- [x] impl
- [x] tests

Cases:

init --interactive => Prompt Y/n
init --no-interactive => Do Nothing
init --interactive --generateFlow => Create file if not given
init --no-interactive --generateFlow => Create file if not given
init --no-interactive --no-generateFlow => Do Nothing
