🐛 [BUG] - <UI bug in Create Channel Timebound toggle element> #1604

Expected Behaviour

Timebound toggle element section height should be normal and follow the design

Current Behaviour

Timebound toggle element section looks a bit crumbled

Reproduction steps

1. Go to app.push.org/dashboard(Sign in with a wallet that does not have a channel, so you can see the Create Channel page)
2. On Create Channel form, you will see the Time-bound toggle element
3. See error
