🐛 [BUG] - Icon not rendering in deactivate channel modal #1665

Expected Behaviour

The icons should be visible which are not

Current Behaviour

Icons are not visible here

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'https://staging.push.org/'
2. Click on the channel name you created on the left
3. In the dashboard, click on the three dots on the right and click 'Deactivate Channel'
4. The error is in the modal
