Describe the Enhancement

Points Vault page Includes the following:

[ ] A UI implementation taking reference from the Leaderboard page
[ ] Functionality to approve a user
[ ] Functionality to reject a user
[ ] Infinite scroll
[ ] Ability to click on twitter link to open profile
[ ] Pending/Approved/Rejected Tabs
[ ] Handle search for a specific handle
