Fix global CSS import issue in sdk-frontend #619

When trying to use the uiweb package in the sdk-frontend next.js app, we are getting a global CSS import issue as next.js doesn't allow that.

Summary:

It works fine with App Router till nextjs 13.5 (doesn't work with nextjs14 due to livekit not yet compatible with it)
Pages router is what's not working. It's mostly coming from react toastify css styling thing that we import: import 'react-toastify/dist/ReactToastify.min.css';
