Custom 404 with sidebar on /chat, /notifications/, /video and even /blog #586

If a url points to /docs/chat, /docs/notifications, /docs/video or any other relevant sidebar, then the 404 page should also show the sidebar.

The functionality should be mimicked for blog, so if /blog lands on 404 then blog sidebar should be shown to enable better UX for the user
