This PR:

Sets CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION to 1 in the Xcode project file that is generated as a result of running swift package generate-xcodeproj.
- This is a workaround for an issue where this value is left blank in the generated project file, causing App Store submissions of apps integrating this library to fail a validation check, if that app's build processes are using the project file.

NOTES:

Some dependency managers such as Carthage use the Xcode project file of a dependency during their build process. Whereas, if this library is integrated using Swift Package Manager the project file is not used.
