Support pet packaging with cide #35

This allows for building in docker with cide.

This PR also supports packaging the code: cide is configured to use script/build when building a package, which creates a deployable pet package.

Oops I merged by accident, thinking it was this PR you approved @jameshfisher. Let me know if there's any problems with it, but otherwise I'm assuming it's fine.

pusher/cide already exists and You don’t have the permission to create repositories on pusher

I made you both collaborators in the mean time
