Revert back to 1.9.0 in readme #139

We've discovered an issue with 1.9.1, so we will have to ask users to continue to use the 1.9.0 version in the meantime.

Should we also update the changelog so people know not to change the version manually to 1.9.1? The best approach is to rollback the release, or create a new release with the change reverted, as anyone pinning to 1.9+ will have their build system automatically update to release 1.9.1
