Upgrade Firebase libraries #143

Actions taken:

Upgraded firebase-messaging to the latest version to date (23.4.0). This is necessary due to Legacy FCM API deprecations
Remove firebase-iid and started using Firebase Installations
Updated some test libraries to newer versions

This breaking change needs to be released as a major version.

Fixes #117 and #142

The deadline is fast approaching for the legacy token API deprecation from Google and I'm getting some pressure to find an alternative provider if it doesn't seem like this is going to land in time.

I reached out to Pusher support and this is what they said:

At this time I am not able to share any concrete timelines, however the team are actively working on this and so I hope to be able to provide an update in the near future.
