rest-client gem dependency is abandoned #34

It's not an immediate problem, but the dependency rest-client (https://github.com/rest-client/rest-client) appears to be abandoned. Other gem maintainers have noted this situation as well (see https://github.com/jeremytregunna/ruby-trello/pull/307).
