Release notes for 7.0 should mention dropped php 7.2 support #320

Hi,

The notes for the 7.0 release do not mention that the support for php 7.2 is dropped. Right now that is not at problem but when the because 7.x is is the current version but when 8.0 is released that might be useful info for those stuck on a lower version of php.
