need to have pusher-ws-java and example app locally for development

@mdpye - i'm going to put this up for review. ignore all the project settings and the Example/ folder. the main files are:

Library/src/main/java/com/pusher/android/PusherPushNotificationRegistration.java
Library/src/main/java/com/pusher/android/PusherRegistrationIntentService.java
