Clarifying Setup Instructions #8

I'd like to clarify the README instructions about the secret number selection to say "4 digits with no spaces (e.g. 4200, not 4 2 0 0)". I had a couple of students do the latter and had to restart the Scavenger Hunt.

Hi Jean, I modified the README and added some better error handling for entering the secret. I hope your students found it helpful all the same
