Updating basic template to match file structure of others? (e.g. adding config.js file?) #9

Should I update the basic exp template to have the config.js (and update so it can change the font color/size/family), consent.js, and debrief.js, + the relevant trials? Right now it's just bare-bones "hello world". Not sure if a stim.js file would also make sense if not initialized using any stim.
