Let people know AWS deploy doesn't currently work #249

This is a "do immediately" issue. In two or three prominent places in the docs (including the currently-live docs), add the following:

"Due to an update in AWS resources, the CLI-based AWS deploy does not currently work and is being updated. In the meantime, you can still manually deploy to AWS."

Just made a PR to do this, I need someone to approve it though as it requires another approving review
