Dependency upgrades for pushkin-worker #343

This is a dependency bump for pushkin-worker to resolve a security alert. Once the updated worker is published to npm, we'll need to bump pushkin-worker in the /worker component of each experiment template.

UPDATE: I added a second commit that should resolve the warnings noted in #338, following this guidance.
