Feature: Track Quest with an extra Vive Sensor #30

It would be great to add an extra Vive Tracker to an Oculus Quest to keep the spaces connected better in VirtualDesktop wireless mode. This feature idea was mentioned https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator/issues/15#issuecomment-672171217 and https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator/issues/6#issuecomment-678332234 .

Creating an issue so we can track interest - I'm re calibrating in VRChat with this setup every 10 minutes or so while dancing, and I would love to skip buying a Cosmos+wireless+etc just to make it smoother.

This software rocks so hard! Fingers crossed that this would improve the wireless Quest experience.

So I did play around with a fourth tracker mounted to the side of my headset (very much like https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator/issues/30#issuecomment-772816347 - don't want to spam the thread with pictures). However, it always says "Calibration failed" without giving any additional information. 4797c06db6e467997f15752d9d458352

It says I should moving around more in the screenshot. That message disappears when I do, but the "Calibration failed" remains...

Manually calibrating to my controllers works fine. Do I need to specify the offset somewhere, since it is not centered?

I dont understand what I am doing wrong. How do I get a tracker to be on the reference side?

Its choosing my quest controller because it sees that as the reference.

You don't. You set the HMD as the reference point, and the Tracker as the Target space.
