Remove create-react-class dependency entirely (via codemod) #151

Solves issue described here https://github.com/pushtell/react-bootstrap-date-picker/issues/143#issuecomment-352386669 PR #140 fixes the same thing. This PR gets rid of the dependency entirely.

Hi @Vaibhav Is this project alive? I need it working and considering a fork. Is there no way we could revive this one? @pushtell or you can consider adding someone who has time and desire to maintain this or make your departure from the project clear and mark it as deprecated...
