Category GUI broken in latest version #11

It seems that 359f678 broke/removed the category gui feature. Is there anyway to reenable that or am I missing something. (when I run /itemfilter menu it just doesnt give me a category menu)

Yeah with version 2 I removed the category GUI since I found that simply allowing players to set items they want to filter is more intuitive, easier to manage and more powerful. With this version you don't have to worry about configuring new categories every time, so it's basically install and forget. I've been using this version on my server for the last 2 years, and haven't had any issues and I'm not going back to the old system :smile:

But if you want to use categories feel free to download it from spigot or clone it and reset to the commit before version 2

Category GUI's were basically the most loved feature on our server. RIP.
