Setup LLC

Setup the LLC with those deciding to move forward under the articles, #6. At a minimum we'll want to address the following:

• Get an EIN
• A proper business account
• Credit cards
• Select corp attorney
  • Review articles
• File articles and create LLC at the State/Commerce Dept.
• Select corp CPA
  • Need filed articles
• Select business advisor(s)
  • Maybe consider SBA/SCORE, could be out dated though
