Fretboard panning and scaling #5

This will help with the fact that with realistic fret spacing, higher frets become very small. Also if we are drawing only 24 frets then there is a large gap where a guitar's pickup/soundhole would normally be.

Able to display any arbitrary portion of the fretboard now. No visible controls to control it but updating react state works to control it.
