Ok, I have resolved it.......
I simply used the 'Add Entry' to reconnect to the new ip address of the amplifi system, and then simply deleted the 'Needs Attention' entry. the existing sensors on the dashboard picked up the new connection and started working without needing to add them again or edit the endpoints etc.

I have made some changes to my home network and the router that the Amplifi was connected to has changed. This has changed the IP Address of the Amplifi system.
