앱 시작했을 때 (DidFinishLaunchingWithOptions->applicationDidBecomeActive)
백그라운드에서 앱 시작했을때 (applicationWillEnterForeground->applicationDidBecomeActive)
Refresh Control 작동 시

앱 상태 Not Running: 앱이 완전히 종료된 상태 Inactive: 앱이 foreground에서 실행 중. 이벤트를 받지 못하는 상태. 코드를 실행할 수 있다. Active: 앱이 foreground에서 실행 중. 이벤트를 받을 수 있다. Background: 앱이 background에서 실행 중. 코드를 실행할 수 있다. Suspended: 앱이 backgroundㅔ서 실행 중. 코드를 실행할 수 없다.
