echo canceller causing crushes when answering calls #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when I enables the echo canceller

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when I get a call and try to answer, the app crushes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.7

Please provide any additional information below.
when the echo canceller is disabled there is no problem answering calls

Resolve in the next version 2.0.8 or 2.1.0
