Need recent source code

This project is hosted on Google Code, not Google Sites, so there is an
expectation to have the source code available for the project being hosted.
Tthis project does not have any recent source code for version 2. The
project also claims GPLv2, which states that "you must supply the source
code that corresponds to the binary." Please update the SVN Source so that
the community can help out with the 45 open issues, 33 of which are unanswered.
