Need "Register with Proxy" and "Strictly Outbound" check boxes #242

I need to communicate directly with my own ATA (SPA3102) so would like to
"uncheck" the "Register with Proxy" function [do a lot of "voip-to-pstn
gateway" calls]. Also need a "strictly outbound" check box as will not be
receiving calls thru SIP. This functionality is present in SJPhone, and
would like to see it implemented for the iPhone version of Siphon. Thanks!
