Text Baseline alignment is different between firefox and chrome #15

dominant-baseline property is interpreted differently by firefox and chrome. Open the URL below in both firefox and chrome, scroll down to the implementation of "hanging" and check the difference.

Fixed it by moving the baseline relative to the bars by adding barwidth to the baseline.
