Went a bit beyond scope for this one:

updated to a folder structure that adherese to helm standards
moved building+testing logic to github actions and github container registry
updated helm chart to reflect the new maintainership by puzzle
bumped go version and made a slight fix regarding record deletion
updated documentation for the test/release workflow
