For the QR code, it's most like a compression artifact. shifting from png -> jpg will create similar patterns.

Ok. I thought about this squares a lot. (blue and yellow), and finally, i solved this thing (just i think so). Because this is one logical reason, why they on their places.. If we start to count from left top square counterclock-wise, we'll get 1 square every 8 step. If it ends on black - it's blue. If white - yellow...
That's why i'm actually think, that this "markers" are just a "Hint" to the right way. F#ck....
