Fix README exported function typos #19

Threw me for a loop, the function is exported as puzToXD: https://github.com/puzzmo-com/xd-crossword-tools/blob/main/index.ts#L4.

There's also a reference to puzToXd in "UClick .xml to .xd" that I think is meant to use the uclickXMLToXd function.
