Add SoapySDR Support #19

It would Be excellent to add support for SoapySDR and LimeSDR

I'm not so familiar with SoapySDR, but LimeSDR is on the horizon - I have a LimeSDR that's just waiting for me to get this working. I'll see about finding some time to hack at this.
