We need a command so people (everyone of the server) can set reminders for themselves (or other people) which are then sent to PM after the set time.
!remind me in 7 days about "reminder text" Remind yourself after a set timespan
!remind @username on <date> about "reminder text" Remind someone else at a specific date
!remind list Give list of reminders you've set
