Allow management website to detect test environment configuration #21

Adding a new test environment requires the user to provide quite a lot of technical information. It would be nicer if the user could point the management website to a given machine and then the management website could detect all/most of the configuration values that are needed. Obviously we would want the user to verify those settings.
