docker build and run commands are now executed by the pvarki/ci@main repo/github action. This makes it easier to maintain the ci operations in the future.
The github action file name in the rasenmaeher repo was changes in ths PR from main.yml to build.yml trying to describe more about the operations done.
Also testing coverage failure threshold was returned back to 65%
