[Feature] In rm-ui, Make "RM" branding as preset, make "FDF" branding private

Feature

As we want that RM+TAK is open source and usable by others than FDF as well, make a neutral "RM" branding to RM-UI. Also make the "FDF" branding private so, that you can't acquire a RM instance with the FDF tower branding from the public.

Note

Prioritize it so, that even FDF deployments should use the neutral branding first. Just to be a folio hat & for the sake of enabling RM to open source users sooner than later.

Definition of Done

• [ ] Implementation planned
• [ ] RM branding available in public / all deployments (priority)
• [ ] FDF branding available in private
