Task execution by name broken #67

Looks like theres an issue in arg processing in the CLI that sometimes causes name issues. Should be a simple fix.

Fixed in https://github.com/pvcbuild/pvc/commit/73fcb1fa364d9586e706c1272b9d473291125803 but forgot to tag it.
