Task pvc-project.json not defined. #89

I'm taking a look at PVC for the first time and I've run into the following error "Task pvc-project.json not defined." I'm unable to find any documentation that would help me resolve the issue. It may also be worth noting that I'm using PVC it a portable fashion so I can check it into source control.
