Filter archived repositories #54

Hi, I just tried mergeable and really like it. One problem I have: there are some PRs "expecting" a review of mine, but the repositories are archived. So I cannot do a review, but I also cannot close the PR.

Hi, I'm glad you like it! That is a fair point, showing reviews from archived repositories is likely to not be actionable. Those can be excluded using archived:false in a search query, which can be applied if you modify the configuration of your section(s).

Alternatively, I suppose it would make sense to include this filter by default. Would you feel comfortable opening a PR to do so? The search query is constructed in https://github.com/pvcnt/mergeable/blob/main/packages/github/src/client.ts#L111
