Merge wt/better-colname-analysis into master after privacy-api#1744 is deployed #16

Column name analysis was improved in https://github.com/pvcy/presidio/tree/wt/better-colname-analysis to facilitate a recognizer class bugfix in pvcy/privacy-api#1744. That PR changes the presidio dependency branch from master to better-colname-analysis to keep the updated Presidio changes synced to the updated recognizers.

We should merge better-colname-analysis into master, but that needs to wait until the privacy-api change has been deployed to all environments. After pvcy/privacy-api#1744 is fully deployed, create a PR to merge wt/better-colname-analysis in master.

@john-craft Do we have any other deployments besides SaaS and HouseRX? Both of those have been deployed since pvcy/privacy-api#1744 was updated.

Those are the only two deployments.
