privacy-api/1744 was merged on 2022-01-30. I verified that the SaaS has been updated many times since then, and that the HouseRX deployment (our only prod deployment) was updated on Feb 7, 2022 - https://github.com/pvcy/onprem-infrastructure/pull/32 . So it's safe to merge this branch into master as there are no deployments depending on master in its current state.
