AD password policy non entirely shown

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set AD policy to allow 1 change per day
2. Set AD policy to have a password history

What is the expected output?
I would expect PWM to show the "1 change per day" requirements and the "X 
password remembered".

What do you see instead?
I don't see any advise; if I try to change password, I get the correct error: 
"password doesn't meet the minimum requirements" but final user cannot 
understand what/why.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0/1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
AD 2008R2 and 2012R2 domain controllers with 2008R2 forest and domain 
functional level.
