Extend project email domain check to be multi-value list. #11

This means the mail handler on incoming mail will check to see if the domain is any of multiple email domains.

This list will probably have to be a string custom value with a semicolon or colon separated values.

Because the search for the email domain is a like, this functionality is already implemented.
