Additional functions in line with further regulatory recommendations

To be in line with further regulatory recommendations that should appear soon, additional functions would be helpful within 'morse', to be further integrated within MOSAIC:

[ ] A log-likelihood function giving the probability distribution and summary of which providing the median-value and a 95% uncertainty interval
[x] A function to automatically calculate the % of observations that fall within the predicted interval in a PPC
[x] A function to calculate the NRMSE from the PPC. The NRMSE can be obtained as a posterior probability distribution, from which a median and a 95% credible interval can be extracted.
[x] A function to calculate the SPPE = (Y(obs,end) - Y(pred,end))*100/Y_init

@sandrinecharles je ne sais pas si on peut fermer l'issue ? Les 3 derniers points ont été fait, pas le premier de la log-likelihood. Je me souviens qu'on l'avait fait pour le ring-test, ... donc à retrouver si nécessaire
