Update nuspec with contentFiles #117

This makes the NuGet package work out of the box on project.json and PackageReference projects. Just add the NuGet package and build.

Thanks for the pull request. However, there is a different PR #112 which I'm working on. The plan is to remove the native libraries from the PdfiumViewer NuGet package and move them to separate automatically build packages. This means that this PR doesn't apply anymore.

That being said, if the same can be done for the NuGet packages I'm creating for the native libraries, please let me know. If this is the case, please file a PR/issue in the PdfiumBuild as the NuSpec files for these packages are hosted there.
