Cannot connect with redmine

Describe the bug I tried to connect trello with redmine and an error message appears.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• I followed the steps in the manual and after entering the API Key an error message appears.
• I was entering the full redmine URL.
• I went to my account -> view API Access Key -> copied it
• https://pvision.jp/apps/2022/03/17/redsync-power-up/#user-guide-en-how-to-get-redmine-api-key

Q. Did you get the Redmine API key by clicking the "Open My account in Redmine" link on the RedSync Settings panel? If not, please try it to confirm your access to the Redmine is okay.

Q. Did you see the error message immediately after you entered the API key? Or was there a time lag (several seconds) before you saw the error message?

Please click the "Details" button on the Error reporting panel. You will find a URL at the top of the details as follows:

message: Error in Featching with GET:https://gomen.home2/projects.json?limit=100: TypeError: Failed to fetch

Q. Please let me know what you found if you see anything else.

Please check the following:

Q. Is the URL correct? Q. Copy and paste the URL with parameters (https:// ….?limit=100) to the browser's address bar. Could you see the JSON data returned from the Redmine?

Q1. Yes, I did. Q2. Yes, I pasted the URL and clicked “Open My account”. I copied the API, pasted it, a loading circle appeared, and error message follows

I'm so sorry I overlooked your response.

Thank you for providing the answer to Q1 and Q2. They helped me to exclude some possibilities.

So now I want to know the result for other questions (Q3 to Q5 following your numbering).

In your initial report, you attached a screenshot of the error panel saying “Network Error!” and the panel has two buttons: “Close” and “Details.”

Please click the “Details” button and follow the steps for the other questions (Q3 to Q5).

There seems to be a communication error when accessing Redmine to get the list of projects. These steps may give me more clues on what is happening.

Again, I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
